Booking Confirmation

Thank you for booking a trip with Tracks and Trails. We are delighted you have chosen to join us. 

To reserve your place we require a deposit, with full payment 6 weeks before the trip departure date. If your booking made today falls within the 6 week period you will have been asked for full payment. Please do not make any travel arrangements until we have contacted you about your trip ‘status’ and confirmed that we have received your payment.

Covid-19 Policy
We ask that you read our Covid-19 Guest Information found on the home page on our website, and that you understand the implications if your trip is cancelled or affected by any Covid-19 restrictions.

Payment by Credit Card

If you have paid by credit card it may take a few days before your funds arrive and we can confirm receipt. 

Payment by Bank Transfer

If you have a United Kingdom bank account and have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer then please transfer the funds to the Tracks and Trails 'Client Deposit Account', the details of which are given below:

If you set up an account before making your booking then in future you will be able to access trip information in My Account.
