Snowshoeing is the perfect way to explore both mountains and valleys of the Alps. It can be a magical experience of silent forests, beautiful mountains and stunning views
Snowshoeing, using the new lightweight equipment, has opened up a whole new world to those who previously thought mountain walking was a summer activity! Snowshoeing is not technical or complicated and allows access to a wonderful snow covered playground. You don't need any experience to snowshoe in the Alps just some warm clothes and a sense of adventure.

Tracks and Trails came top in the 'Guardian Green Travel List'. If you are interested in finding out why snowshoeing has low impact on the environment then you can read more here
