Tracks and Trails caters for all fitness levels and organises trips to meet and exceed your expectations. We've guided all ages from young children to octogenarians - because we believe the mountains are for everyone to enjoy. A day in the mountains should provide rewards greater than just the physical exercise: it should prove both uplifting and re-energising too. However, if improving fitness is your particular aim, please do ask about our special Nordic Walking days.
On our trips you'll simply need to pack your sense of adventure and enjoy the views - your trip leader will take care of organising your route, logistics and ensuring you get the most from your days in the mountains. You decide on the area you would like to explore, and then we'll happily take care of all the rest!
You can read an article we have written about the Tour des Dents du Midi for the BMC Summit Magazine on our News/Press page.
Many thanks for a super introduction to the Alps. Beware! We'll be back.
Our guide, Julia, led the trek with great enthusiasm. Her knowledge of the region, the fauna and flora all added to the enjoyment. It was relatively quiet; sometimes only seeing one or two other walkers per day. I would rank this trip 10/10 and certainly recommend it - beautiful scenery, good mountain hut accommodation and plentiful quality local food.
