Snowshoeing

Experience a winter wonderland

  • create your own 'fresh tracks' in virgin snow
  • visit picturesque mountain villages 'cut off' for the winter
  • try the fastest growing outdoor activity in the Alps
  • no experience necessary!

Snowshoeing is simply winter walking made easier! Walking on snowshoes is an ancient method of winter travel, but today it has a new lease of life as a form of recreation. Snowshoeing is the perfect way to explore the mountains and valleys. It can be a magical experience of silent forests, beautiful mountains and stunning views

Snowshoeing using the new lightweight equipment has opened up a whole new world to those who previously thought mountain walking was a summer activity! It's not technical or complicated and allows access to a wonderful snow covered playground. You don't need any experience just some warm clothes and a sense of adventure.

Just to say what a great week I had. Very much enjoyed the company. I have a complaint: I was 2lb heavier when I got home than when I left! Once again, many thanks for a wonderful holiday. I enjoyed every minute of it.
