Sandi Cant Moderated by: Lindsay Cannon	Tuesday 10 February 2009 4:40:02 pm As I was not blessed with a head for heights I opted for a 3 - day bespoke snowshoeing with Lindsay. Kitted out in my blue snow shoes we trekked for six hours through the magical forests with views to Mont Blanc on day 1. Lunch was served, from our rucksacks, on a reserved bench outside an empty hut. Followed on Christmas day with spectacular mountain views, le vin and photo shoot sessions in the Swiss Alps. On day 3, an Italian experience was on promise in Val Ferret. Well, there was spring in my snowshoeing - the scenery was a DREAM and this ended with a Italian minestrone and chocolate cake. Merci Lindsay ... mountain guide, interpreter, singer and Lindz, you are a canon!!

I know the locally produced pear brandy went down a treat. I am not sure if the fact the guide likes to sing is something to recommend future clients but I can always carry spare ear plugs in my rucksack from now on! Snowing lots here in Switzerland right now, and more fab snowshoeing on the cards in the coming weeks. Best wishes Lindsay Lindsay
