They provide great and practical advice both in planning the break,activities and accomodation in Chamonix and Italy. We had a ball and all in 3 days! -we learnt to cross country ski, snowshoe to 3000 metres opposite Mont Blanc(breathtaking views , unspolit hidden glades and even lunch in an igloo!).The Huski ride was a blast as well. The Hotel (Eden) hand chosen by Tracks and Trails was excellent -infomal, lovely accomodation and fabulous food. Our children adored the trip and our guides Juila and Lindsay from Tracks and Trails -they were patient, informative; always pushing you to take on the challenge but sensible enough to know people's limits. Simply perfect ..that includes the hot cholocate in Italy (you can stand your spoon up in it!) Please use these guys... you will not regret it. Kevin Cheshire
